I wouldn't use AI for sure, but I will say that crayons have, as long as I can remember, always caused my forearm to cramp really badly in a specific spot up by my elbow.
This led to me hating coloring since I was a little kid. Colored pencils don't give me that cramp, but my hatred for coloring was already cemented in. So if I were making this meme, I would just steal someone else's picture. No way am I coloring it myself.
Avatar Franchise is a just-okay story (if you disregard the whole white savior thing), stretched out so very thin in longass movies. I don't really think it looks that good, most of the characters are 100% CGI so it looks like a AAA video game trailer most of the time, but apparently that's why people like it. But good visuals does not mean it's actually good.
No people definitely love airbender avatar more than james Cameron avatar. I see nothing but universal praise for the last airbender original cartoon, and blue people avatar I usually see people say it’s cool visually but the story is lacking.
Yeah. People like Airbender for everything it is. People like Blue People Avatar for the quality of the visuals and nothing else. Hence, using it as an example of ""qualityslop"", being slop because the story is severely lacking and it's only the quality of the visuals.
A 30 dollar gift card is under the same rate of inflation as a dollar. But it’s only good one place. If I was going to barter it off, you are lucky to get equal value. I couldn’t take score credit from 10 years ago and demand my 30 dollar gift card is really worth 41.60, they probably wouldn’t honor it since it expired. I can take
An item can depreciate over 50 percent on the used market. It’s absolutely hilarious watching people try to sell items on Facebook marketplace place marking it only 10% of new value. I can usually get close to a 30% mark down from new if I want the item.
I can take the money and put it on a savings account to ward off any depreciation due to inflation, which would be minute from the time given.
In a game of comparison, cash depreciates the least.
I didn't even get that, I got leftover shit they tried to sell at craft fairs and some of their thrift store clothes "finds" they'd tried to side-hustle on eBay but couldn't. Also got a cheap model kit and a prize game vinyl they actually knew I didn't want, and then Grandma sent a shirt with AI slop on it as icing on the cake. I went as far as offering them a wish list with cheap stuff on it they could pool their money and pick from back in November and they declined just to do this.
Dad usually comes in for the clutch and gives me something I actually want, but this year I had to loan him nearly $700 instead because he ran up his credit card bill on his beater of a car and couldn't pay it otherwise. That's money I had set aside for my credit card bill which I partially ran up buying gifts and bailing Dad out even earlier in November. And he's got me eBaying his junk so he can afford to pay me back in January.
If my dad hadn't had cancer one year this would be the worst Christmas I've ever had. It's been nothing but poverty and the feeling of being unappreciated.
i’d rather have nothing. call me the grinch or whatever but i find it a waste of money when it isn’t something i want and legitimately hurts my feelings especially when i have mentioned this for years.
Gift cards are sometimes better than outright buying it before Christmas. Some places I have seen try to clean inventory before the next year with more aggressive sales.

I think they’re talking about the last airbender
I feel like this is an opinion I've seen a lot about blue people Avatar and not about Last Airbender

homeboy actually complaining about money. wtf.
Why not both? Have a money envelope and a thoughtful hand written letter inside it.
Y'all are getting gifts?
Money is the best gift. Works for everyone. Very safe bet.
It’s also the only gift that doesn’t depreciate from the givers original value.
But it's going to have depreciated via inflation from the time of withdraw from the giver's iliquid asset

Why is this the first one 😭
imagine being able to celebrate christmas
Does "celebrating Christmas" only mean exchanging gifts to you, or are you in a place where you genuinely can't celebrate the birth of Christ?
like it's simplified but my family doesnt give importance to the holiday at all
What am I supposed to do with steam gift cards when PC parts are so expensive now? My old PC can’t run new games.
