Property is nice, but the extensive, licensed grow operation for a particular plant is even better

That's a very high steaks property.
If you're interested in it, I can absolutely reefer an agent.
Look at you getting all high and mighty with your bullshit.
Just like the TV sets.
The buzz is that it’s a great buy.
the literal dream
Got tegridy
Ok......why is it so cheap and why are they selling? Im so skeptical.
Labor shortages?
Ah yeah, that tracks
Cause it’s Humboldt County
That area up there is kind of sketchy. Whole different kind of folks in Humboldt, I don’t know what it is, maybe the woods make them crazy
The podcast Crooked City: The Emerald Triangle looked at a murder in Humboldt County. At one point the host was talking to someone about how people in Humboldt County always seemed out to get each other. He asked, “do you think any of the paranoia around here might have to do with everyone smoking weed all day every day?” And the interview subject said, “you know, I never thought about it that way before.”
i imagine part of it is because it is remote as eff. that coastal section from Ferndale to where the 1 routes back to the coast is known as the Lost Coast. it was too rugged to continue routing the 1/101 along the coast so they had to route around it.
beyond that, it could be because legalization of marijuana has been challenging for that whole area. you can read about it by starting with how Garberville is doing. you can find quite a few grow farms for sale in the area.
It's so beautiful though. If anybody goes to look at this property, also go to Moonstone Beach. Get a banh mí from Dons Donuts in Arcata. Check out some redwoods. The best Halloween party in the world is in the Arcata Town square.
They never paved it, which seems like a 30k job in concrete.
probably built the house before making the fortune
Yeah, I also thought it seemed extremely cheap. If this really is a nationally-recognized brand, why is it only $6 mil? Are they keeping ownership of the brand or something?
Dream come true. A LOT of work.
It’s a lot more work that one would think to move that amount of product even with all those licenses.
That ranch is amazing.
The weed industry is bottoming out because of all the competition. Probably not much money in outdoor grows especially.
No one would have a heard of cows - let alone long horns - next to their grow. AI fakery at its best. Those cows eat everything. Does this property come with a bunker to house all the pew-pews needed to protect this property? Also, the license to grow may not stay with the property. You usually need to buy the license from the seller / business. Not sure a grow license is transferable. This is a complicated transaction. Ps. Humboldt is having huge water issues and labor issues. Get your ducks 🦆 in a row before forking $6M
As someone who loves gardening, this is a dream!
I’ve never known this clearly what I’d do if I won the lottery.
its nice but man do i hate their cabinet choice
Pot is for personal use only.
So, potential buyers are Willie and Snoop?
Yes!
Looks like heaven.
That's an insane ganja ranch. That area.. omg.. very remote.. wow. It's probably otherworldly beautiful there.
If they were making money and if it was somewhat easy they would not be selling. Beautiful property in the middle of nowhere.
If I could, I would. But, then I'd phase out the grow op asap.
It's a weed farm 🚜
'Stunning' is not the word I would use. 'Bland' seems more appropriate.
