Basically there's a character that has an AI as a brain organizer and I want to show how he reacts to a threat. I was thinking on something like:
<Starting> Enviromental Analysis. Long Distance Obstacles //detected//. Visibility rate: //unafected//. ....
But I'm worried that it's too cumbersome to read for too long since the character's POV may be important. Also idk if its unprofessional or smt
Send okay to me. Nothing wrong getting a bit experimental when the viewpoint is farther from human.
I once wrote a scene from a computer AI’s POV, with long gaps where it was doing things and processing, before “reading” another character’s dialogue, or responding to it. Then it would send the response but it would take a while for it to play out of the speakers so it was doing other stuff again. Super cumbersome to follow a conversation, but I just didn’t show much conversation. Its POV was used to show things only it saw, in the way only it saw it. So half the point of the POV was to show this very different and odd way of understanding the world.
