An app called Libby. You'll need a library card, but those are usually free.

Not just novels but books on writing. I found Save the Cat! Writes a Novel and How to Write Science Fiction and Fantasy by Orson Scott Card.

This has so much stuff, relatively recent as well as older. Novels, technical stuff, how to write Christian books, how to write romance novels, you name it. This is the one to spend hours exploring.
