Damm. People are confused about no one calling the police but being from a city with a lot of performers id assume it was just some kind of performance art especially with the dagger being used historically for so many stunts. I doubt the person recording was even expecting that to happen, its a very safe country and its horrible to see this happen to countries which are so historically safe like Taiwan or Australia. Gun regulations absolutely saved countless lives undoubtably.
