    I knew a family kind of like this. Just guessing, the main woman is the sister of the lady in the background. Main woman has learning and behavioral issues and her sister has been her main caretaker since their parents died. The man is either the background lady’s son or husband.     Spent a long time on her Instagram trying to figure out how old she is because in most videos she looks maybe 25 tops. So it's gotta be a combo of filters and makeup.
