• how much is the k4mera going to cost when it’s available?

  • i'm interested in getting an early product, i've done wigglegrams in the past using a nimslo and nishikas so i'm curious how this would work. the effect could essentially be done with 4 cell phone quality cameras equal distance apart using a 3d printed housing and a software that has all them trigger at the same time.

so i can't imagine a cost of more than $200 for this project, I signed up on the site so hopefully i get a response

i really hope your right about that price point, but the realist in me see a price of $400+ with some sorta of subscription model for their app.

from other pictures i've seen of the back, it looks like they've added a screen to the back which i'm not sure why, considering the nishika and nimslo don't have them. I would like the device more if it had a point and shoot type of approach instead of using a screen to frame like a DSLR.

so now i'm thinking the $400 price point is most realistic.

i think i might just stick to my $30 nishika and processing / scanning at home

probably added the screen for reviewing shots (which i get). but it just makes it that much more complicated & expensive.

I mean..... it's a digital camera just take several shots and review later at home. it makes more sense to me that way at least. part of the appeal of the nishika is learning to work with it and waiting to see the results at home.

photographers are def losing patience because of modern DSLRs and mirrorless cameras

  • Cant wait for this..
