Gnosticism gets a lot. Even stuff you wouldn’t expect to be gnostic ends up having gnostic elements on accident. “Salvation through secret knowledge” is a pretty universal idea.

With the Primes and Minotaur, it's also a bit of Greek mythology.
I mean to be fair, Minos and the Minotaur were in Inferno. And there were a lot of other Greek mythological characters that were in Inferno that aren't in Ultrakill.

To be fair, there's also a lot of Christian figures that also aren't in-game (A Satan or Michael boss fight would be cool).
Technically Ultrakill isn’t Christian, since Jesus apparently doesn’t exist/isn’t important in that world, the only 100% Christian thing is the cross altho it has a completely different meaning in the game, the rest is shared within the Abrahamic religions.
Edit: also, forgot i’m pretty sure Dante’s Inferno is a Christian story so you could count that as well
