"My title describes the thing" Earlier in the video, I saw the top of the prongs up close and they were very sharp. I believe the item is metal. I have tried Google lens. And I searched for Farm Tool triangular with sharp prongs but nothing is close. It is by a window and I'm not sure if that's just a random place to put it or it's there for a reason, like keeping animals out. Just super curious...
Edited to add, I thought maybe a boot scraper but just doesn't look right and those prongs could go right through a rubber sole

Processing plant fiber would be my guess. Maybe
Yeah, I also think of some kind of fiber combing tool. Here is an old video on rope building using a similar object at Spain.

Yes, I agree. I have called it solved. Thanks for confirming.
It's called a hack. For asking linen from flax.
Hackle also.
I also had a similar thought because they do everything on this farm.

It kind of looks like some sort of flax hackle (used for the process of turning flax into linen)

I agree, and I also had a similar thought like for weaving or such.
Besides a different base the prongs are exactly the same.
I am going to call this solved
Thank you!
Solved
Maybe it’s a thing to keep birds from landing on it? I see similar spikes on buildings in the city I live in.
