Still has a battery. Often USB rechargeable devices have a battery compartment door with a security feature so you can get it out of you need to replace it. Could also be used to pry off the ear cushions
I have this thingy too… I have soft Bluetooth headphones… well, it’s a headband to sleep while listening to stuff. You are supposed to be able to wash the fabric part and I assumed this was to help disconnect the batteries/wires so you can remove those before washing.
It might be for replacing the foam pads when they wear out. I just replaced the pads on mine and the instructions mentioned using your pry bar or a credit card to remove the originals.

This looks very much like the key for something like a hand towel dispenser… I had one at work just like that. Why it came with what you bought, no idea.

As mentioned by others, it’s for disconnecting the non-washable parts of the headphones so it can be laundered

My title describes the thing. No exact matches in Google Lens, no information in the instructions that came with the Bluetooth earmuffs.
Many dispensers and switches that janitors access have this as the shape to manipulate the item
They are on dispensers for toliet paper, soap, paper towels and even some bathroom light switches.

Is it a golf divot tool? Sometimes cheap Temu stuff comes with "free gifts". If it is a divot tool, it doesn't look very useful.
