    It looks like a typical treat for a rabbit or other small mammal pet. They're usually called "loops" or "O's" and are usually a hay matrix with some kind of other flavoring stuff, so the scent makes sense.

    My title describes the thing. It smell like some kind of grainy livestock or pet food. I searched google and found that they look similar to forage rounds, but smaller.
