Found this in grandpas stuff

Googled the inscription and found nothing.

For context: grandpa was Indian vet, did a lot of research in cheese making

Posted in Indian coins sub (coz it says Bombay mint in the box) mods removed it. Anybody got any idea what this is?

Who isn’t into cheese!!? He wrote like 5 books that I know of on cheese production.. so yeah he’s extra..

Real answer, he was studying about milk production and how feed affects the quality and from there specialised in milk processing.
