Quite a few actually. San Juan Villicum is probably my favourite of them, and World Superbikes visited once, but no way any international championship could visit there again unfortunately. It is just too far removed from anywhere major.
If anybody is interested in watching the last major event at the Potrero de los Funes circuit - FIA GT1 2011 race. That shit hits like only the money printer madness of the time can. Back when GT3 was the third tier of GT.
Yeah, zero chance Milei lets this slide.
In 2014 we could hear about Sochi and South Korea being interested in having a WEC round...
Rumours be rumours. I'll believe when I see something more specific.
It’s still rumor, but I think the case not like 10 years ago.
Look, we’ve Hyundai coming and seeing more Argentine drivers. There are much possible now.
The same Argentina that can no longer afford MotoGP, hoping for something far more niche. Yeah nah you're ok.
The theory is that MotoGP will come back to this very track.
MotoGP is just being moved to Buenos Aires, it's not leaving the country.
As long as Interlagos is kept, then no problems
I do miss Mexico City race though.
I really like the Mexico track
what is wrong with you
After that dreadful redesign, I wouldn't be happy if WEC actually goes there
Isn’t that a grade 4 circuit? I don’t speak French but I didn’t see any reference to re-homologation in the article.
Buenos Aires circuit is going to be rebuilt for completely new layout which will host MotoGP in 2027. Plus, there were also rumours about F1.
NO thanks, please come to Sliverstone :D
They have a racetrack?

Yes. Gets raced on by MotoGP
You are referring to Termas de Rio Hondo.
No Silverstone?
Its the favorite to join wec in 2027
They better be. Might add the Nurburgring as well.
Well, 10 races (1 per month) would be ideal but I prefer Kyalami and Silverstone over anything else. If they choose Argentina, whatever.
Not bothered thanks.

F1 also visited the circuit suggested to be being refurbished, Autódromo de Buenos Aires. The 1996 highlights on F1TV were interesting.
Just give us kyalami
If somehow ends up happening, I’m traveling there
