Some may remember me as the policy advisor to Councilmember Marion Barry, community relations staffer during Mayor Fenty’s administration and later with Events DC, where my office was located inside the former RFK Stadium.
I am emailing to share information and request possible intervention regarding Leslie Olabisi, Ward 7 Deanwood Citizens Association Vice President candidate and Cardozo PTA member.
For the past eight months, Leslie Olabisi and her best friend, serial convicted felon Takia Marie Nelson (whose 12-page rap sheet is here:

have engaged in cyber and in-person stalking, nonstop defamatory posts, online publication of my Social Security number and other PII, and repeated death threats from nine Meta accounts.
This is now the subject of active litigation I have filed against Meta Platforms, Inc. in both D.C. Superior Court (2025-CAB-005664) and U.S. Federal Court (25-cv-03482) for Meta’s failure to act on Leslie and Takia’s unlawful conduct.
During mediation, Meta personnel Donald Pierson—while attempting to argue Meta is not liable—confirmed that Meta’s geographic tools traced the nine accounts posting my PII and issuing death threats back to Leslie Olabisi, her business partner Brian "Bmore" Morris and Takia Nelson.
Even after I filed the attached May 2025 criminal charges against Leslie as a deterrent and texted her directly to leave me alone while I recovered from a heart procedure, Leslie and Takia showed up at my home on June 16, 2025 with a film crew to record that I had lost the home my deceased father left me.
It is my understanding that, due to Leslie’s ongoing financial strain as a failed actress, she continues this unlawful behavior because my mother, D.C. Department of General Services boiler operator Marsha Ridley, pays her $300-500 a month to do so.
I believe it was important for my hometown's community to be aware of the behavior of someone attempting to run for civic office.

Not a fan of people casually using therapy terms.
However, my mother, Marsha Ridley, grew up during Jim Crow, pre–Civil Rights Act, in Deanwood, Washington, DC.
I believe poverty, racism, and generational culture prevented her from accessing any mental health services that may have been available at the time—services she desperately needed due to the adverse childhood experiences she endured.
What's stopping you from accessing mental health services?

Throughout Washington, DC much like other cities there are neighborhood civic associations where people run for board positions.
The Deanwood Civic Association is one of them.
Do you mean the Deanwood Citizens Association? Which is a private club.
Using the word civic makes it sound like this person is running for public office, like an ANC but they’re not. Which means they have basically zero actual power or legal authority over anything.
No one cares. You’re already using up the court’s time to sort out your problems (whether your cases have any merit or not) what more do you want from the public? You want us to cancel these people who we don’t know or care about?

Your cases appear to be civil and are apparently aimed at the slim chance of getting a settlement out of Meta, that’s about grift not safety. If your safety is in danger you should be talking to the police not internet strangers.
Have you gotten an antistalking order from a judge, or filed for one? If you have evidence that is legitimate and a judge determines a reasonable person would fear for their safety they will issue an order of protection and instruct the other party to stay away from you and your property for a certain period of time.
If they don’t they can be arrested. If you don’t have an order signed by a judge then police are not going to care that they “show up at your house” unless they are literally trespassing or assaulting you. Get an order of protection—that is the proper tool to use if you want the court to protect you. It doesn’t sound like you’ve done that— you’re asking the court for money not safety.

If you haven’t even tried to get an ASO, you’re not seriously worried about your safety.
This post is a really bad idea to post in the middle of active civil cases and it will likely be used against you by Metas attorneys to paint you as a crazy obsessed person, if they ever become aware of it…because that’s how it makes you appear.
What’s discussed in a mediation session is normally supposed to remain confidential — you might be sanctioned for publicly talking about what Metas attorney said in that context. It’s all around just bad form.
