Quick vent: I know a solid multivitamin can be a great base for covering essentials like C, A, D, E, B-complex, and folate, but man, I suck at taking them every day. And pairing them with meals? Sounds smart for better absorption, but life happens and I forget half the time.
Does anyone else deal with this? Like, the "I bought a bottle but it's gathering dust" struggle? What's your go-to hack for staying consistent without it feeling like a chore?
Sharing tips would be awesome—curious how y'all make it effortless!
Most cheap multivitamins aren’t great because they’re packed with fillers, low-quality forms of nutrients, and doses your body doesn’t absorb properly. You’re basically paying for a long ingredients list, not better health. Have a look at my account if it could possibly help with consistency.

I had this same issue for years. I drink a lot of tea daily, starting with a probiotic tea in the morning and ending the day with a green tea or detox tea. I've found teas that are able to incorporate some vitamins i need, but now i also keep my vitamin bottles besides my keurig so I see them and get reminded to take them. I have the same issue with my daily meds and started keeping them in front of the sink handles so id need to grab them first in the morning. If you can find a way to either see them or be inconvienced by them, you will remember!
Put them in view and reach where you relax. And set an alarm for 6pm and 10pm, the 10pm alarm is just incase you forget or cant take them during 6pm alarm
