I have acid reflux and a sensitive stomach in general. Just had some Airborne gummies as I’m trying to get more vitamin c now that we’re in cold season. MAN, they were acid-y! I know to eat them with food, but that didn’t seem to do the trick. Now I’m burping citrus. Just wondering if you all had a good suggestion for vitamin c that doesn’t hurt your stomach.
I saw someone mention that liquid vitamins don’t bother theirs…and brand recommendations?

Try buffered Vitamin C.
Bronson vitamins online: vitamin c crystals, non acidic
You would preferably want something with a mineral ascorbate (sodium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate) to reduce the pH. Ascorbic acid is most stable at pH values below 5, so that's usually lemon juice to orange juice territory. Mineral ascorbates are neutral (but also less stable in liquid).
