I just bought the strawberry and vanilla flavors a few days ago from the Seiyu next to Nishi-ogikubo station (this location is open 24 hours btw). I also used to regularly get them from the Seiyu under Nakano broadway but I haven’t been there in a few months.
In my experience , things like this are very random—the supermarket (Yaoko Iruma Bushiten, way out in the Inaka) near me stocks both vanilla and strawberry. Just keep on looking in different supermarkets until you find it 🥲
We got it at Seiyu Supermarket サンシャイン西友 across from Sunshine City mall in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.

Yeah thats what I did, but no luck. Next time in Japan, the hunt will continue!
