Okara powder/flour in Kyoto?

Hi! I’m in Kyoto right now close to Nishiki market. I’m looking for Okara flour to take home since it’s high in protein and fiber. Can anyone suggest where I can find it?

Most grocery stores have it in the tofu aisle I think. I got mine at Matsumoto but Life probably has it too!

Can I ask what you do with it? I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it at some supermarkets but I never knew how to use it.
