I switched from carts cause I kept getting anxious to dry herb vaping and I am so happy with this dang thing. Been using it for 2 and a half weeks now and for the price you pay you really can’t beat it! It packs a punch and it’s a smart design with the batteries and different stem attachments. How much better are the more expensive ones??

  • Better is entirely subjective. 3 weeks, you're still in the learning curve for a new device. Once you figure out what you like and don't like about it then you'll know what to look for next. More expensive generally means faster extraction of larger amounts.

Or, easier answer, pick up a dynavap B2 and a single flame torch to get a feel for what that style of vape brings.

Dang, I just watched a video on that vape you recommended. Butane torch, eh? It looks like it really rips. Thanks!

This is the answer. V3 pro for convection and Dynavap for conduction. Covers all temps from 170c to combustion.

  • All depends on what you want. Are there better options? Sure. But I have a few nice vapes and still go back to my POTV one occasionally.

Are the other one better? Sure. Does that mean the cheaper device is bad? No. I still enjoy It.

Enjoy what you have for now. One day you’ll get the itch to try something new. Until then don’t worry too much.

  • Well, I mean, the Xmax is a great device and enjoying what you have is always good advice.

Buuuuuuuuut . . . better vapes are better. A good way to try something heavier hitting without spending a ton is the stuff from Rogue Wax Works like the terpcicle. Gotta get a good torch but you can get a torch and a device for under a hundred.

They hit harder and cleaner than you can imagine coming from where you’re at.

But again, you do have a great device that will get you good and high. Enjoy it for a while!

  • Better is subjective, but consider supplementing with a dynavap. It's a different ritual and can be equally as fun. Is it better...nah, just another tool that gets you there.

  • It really is a matter of finding what you like. I have a handful of much newer and “better” vapes that often sit on the coffee table while I’m hitting my Lobo. Sometimes I don’t want to clear a bowl in one hit.

I would suggest, that if that one is a full convection vape, that you look at a hybrid that leans a bit more conduction just for the differences in the heating. Something like a Lobo or Mighty+, or maybe go heavy with a FW11. While I’m not sure I’m comfortable anymore using “better” to describe the other vapes, they can be a lot different.

I really wish there were more venues where people could try a large number of different vapes to figure out what they want without having to buy all of them.
