I'm moving to Vancouver soon. My office is at downtown. I prefer to live in Yaletown.

I'm looking for a one-bedroom apartment with:

• Laundry facilities • Dishwasher • Fitness center within the apartment community

My budget is around $2,700.I am looking to move in on the 1st or 15th of January. Flexible with both these dates, but prefer January 1st. I reached out to Peter Wall Apartments (1111 Seymour, not richards), and I was almost about to sign a lease with them, I found a lot of negative reviews on Reddit. I also highly value safety in the apartment community that I want to stay, so I would prioritize that.

Do you know any apartments that I should be reaching out to or something that has openings?

liv.rent (?)

2k-2.3k you'll be able to get what you're looking for and under 580sqft.

2.3k-2.7k and you'll be able to get something <800sqft.

I think you made the right choice on passing on the Peter Wall apartments, they are overpriced.

Use maps to understand main streets in yaletown and try to avoid them due to vehicle noise + congestion.

I dont need parking, office is in downtown, grocery store - fresh vegetables and something akin to Trader Joe’s and gym in the apartment is a nice to have :)

Loblaws city market is largest grocer downtown Check out newer properties like 8X or The Garden Residence

I used to live in the mondrian. I was there for a year and it was pretty decent and my rent was around your budget for a 1 bedroom.
