-2, but no heater, just my blankets and the tent setup I have in my suv. Two blankets, two sheets, a head wrap and the tent and I was fine. Didn't even need my sleeping bag.
I have done -20 degrees in my regular ahh 2003 car with just a thick blanket. No heat on or anything.
Which I want to bring up, if you are in stupid cold temperatures that you are not prepared for, just leave the car on all night, even if it’s a regular gas powered vehicle. I would rather hear you complain in the sub about how your car died than never hear from you ever again because you died.
-10F is the lowest temp for me. I used a 800w space heater plugged into a Bluetti while getting charge thru the built-in 1500w inverter in the Sienna. This way, the engine run less to charge the traction battery than using the engine as the heat source.
EcoFlow Delta 2 Max is what I probably will end up getting.
But these Delta's look like you can do custom levels for it to start charging off of the car. (Called SOC, evidently).
So, I could set it to 10%, and then run the car fridge, a 12 volt electric blanket, and a thermometer controlled 500 watt/ 800 watt space heater so if it gets too cold, it kicks on.

Is the head wrap something special / specific or just whatever is on hand?
It's just a small blanket.

Do be careful, old cars often have leaks and the fumes can enter the car.. it's just as silent as cold.. Get a carbon monoxide meter
Yup or atleast blast heat flr a hour-2 then turn off and go to bed

This is a nice idea. What do you think the lowest wattage space heater would be that would keep the space at a decent temp?
Interesting idea, thank you. I have a delta 3 EcoFlow so may try that.
This is a really cool idea, thanks folks.

Also, set it to only recharge at 800/1000 watts.
Pretty, pretty, pretty good.
