I posted before a while ago here. But have since made a few updates and made some stuff a little nicer to look at.
I mostly use Rose Pine now. It's a nice theme, Neovim works nice with it too. I do still use Catppuccin's user styles for Stylus.
All the things are in the dots check the READMEs for the main repo to see how it's organised (it works for my brain).
Obligatory stuff:
- WM: Sway
- Browser: Firefox
- Picker (power menu, wallpaper picker): Rofi
- File manager: Nemo (or Yazi)
- Editor: Neovim
- Reader: Zathura
Everything else you can find in the repo. I don't change stuff too often, but the wallpaper picker and SwayNC stuff felt like it was worth sharing again.
thats a dope ascii skull, mind if i snag that from ya

Everything is in the dots :)
Cool sway rice!! certainly gonna look into ur dots to get some reference
A question for anyone who knows...
how do i create and add custom art for the neovim dashboard? i want to add Pennywise's face there but i don't have a transparent cutout of him... and don't know how to turn it into lua compatible art....
Do some of the ones in my repo I searched for a braille ascii art generator (https://lachlanarthur.github.io/Braille-ASCII-Art/). But you do need the right original image for it to work well.
i want to make it from blocks... braille seems too transparent/less dense...
Damn, good rice, though it was hyprland for a second. Didn't know you could do all this stuff with Sway, I might give another try, hyprland is becoming too unstable for me.
That’s actually why I bailed on it. My laptop is a potato from 2013 but it runs Sway no problem. I got a bunch of glitches on Hyprland. If I ever get a better potato I might check out quick shell.
