Hi All, I’m waiting for my first prescription to be delivered. However i can’t see to find a copy of my prescription on the montu or Alternaleaf patient portals. Do you get a paper copy delivered with your medicine or is this something i need to request? As someone who suffers with anxiety, i just want to be above board the morning after medicating and driving. (I have absolutely no intention getting behind the wheel whilst medicated) The website states to have your prescription and ID handy, any ideas?

I emailed them this exact question just a couple of hours ago. I've had 2 prescriptions with them, and the second one did have a paper copy, but I assumed they'd have an electronic copy somewhere for you to access, like my other clinics did
They used to upload on semble but then stopped for whatever reason.
If you email Alternaleaf and request it, they will send you an electronic scan of your latest prescription. You need to do this every month though as they still haven't managed to automate this process.
You should also receive a paper photocopy along with your delivery.
