Not a bad selection to go into the most stressful time of the year. MC has had such a positive impact in just 3 months. Defo keeping the absolute headfuck that is severe depression, searing pain from botched knee ops, anxiety, ticks and panic attacks at bay this year. Autism has always made me socially awkward, and ive actually been enjoying talking to people as well rather than avoiding people in general 🤯. 2026 will be my first year free for 3x types of anti depressents, anti anxiety meds and opiates for over 5 years! 😎

I too feel socially awkward I feel your pain as it to is due to autism, I still battle with my prescription drug addiction lord if I knew the dangers when first given lots of codeine I’d have never ever taken one as now I’m on tramadol or Oxycodone to help me and it’s basically used to help with chronic knee and back pain now they help with the pain caused by not having the medication and the MC helps a lot with the pain… 💪 stay strong on your journey man
