You can lower the resolution or slightly enhance a texture, but you certainly cannot get that level of detail from a completely pixelated image. Stop dreaming.
It's a tent... Can someone please find the video from about 6 months ago where the guy is setting up his tent that's kind of near an overlook and before he can pin it down the wind picks it up? Before the video stops the tent is hovering perfectly still and looks just like some kind of ufo and it wasn't even very far away.

This occurs between 1:36.38-1:36.92. The red flash is ca. 1:36.65.
