I'm so sorry. I have felt this pain. there is no cure. I think, though, this pain you feel is a part of the love that Dogs teach us. You now know, more than before, how valuable every day is. You are lucky, I am lucky that we had a wonderful, amazing dog to teach us both the true meaning of love AND the eternal nature of love.
