At first I thought you were mtf just starting voice training, I think there might be some fem quality in your speech pattern(gay accent to say), you could work on vouce creek too since it does have some quality to it, maybe too much false fold activation. It would make sense why you can feel strain. You could try getting to a bigger size to offset the amount of weight, since right now it’s almost brassy sounding. Adding breath to it might also help since you would be having an easier sound.
