I had it done in June last year along at the same time as a jaw shave. It was finished off with laser liposuction and laser skin resurfacing to tighten everything up. I'm happy with the results and the numbness has gone.
30, had a genioplasty and some jaw contouring (+ nose) done in late november. Once you get over the puffy face and jaw, it looks great and i feel so much more confident now. I'm not too sure about saggyness, im sure that will come into play when i age - but nothing is noticeable now
The numbness and inability to eat what i want is the big downside though, I've only just been able to eat most solid food and i still cant eat things like chips/crackers or any really hard foods.
