Is there just genuinley no way to contact GenderGP anymore without paying for a 'quick chat'? I migrated to their awful Hub because it didn't give me the option not to and now they're not processing my ID even though it's perfectly fine, I put in a request for a prescription and its just disappeared from the website with no mention that it has actually gone through.

I have literally no way of knowing if I'm going to get my prescription unless I talk to someone but I REFUSE to pay to talk to them as it should be a human right to be able to talk with a customer service representative if you have an issue.

Please please please let me know.

  • I've not had too many problems, although their whole medication thing has bugged for me.

You can contact a real person if you ask to do so through their ai chatbot. It's worked for me before. Hopefully it can work for you.

  • After they switched to AI they fucked up my blocker order three times so I left them and switched to Gender Care. If you can afford to I'd suggest you do the same

I second this. GGP is just expensive DIY

  • I quit GenderGP to move to DIY for this reason. They expect you to pay for customer support.

One thing that worked for me though was emailing their finance department, which is the only department that still has an active public email inbox (because of course, money), and basically yell at them that I was going to pull my subscription because of poor customer service. They gave me an "advisor" session for free. I can't guarantee if that will work for you though, or if that email inbox still exists... it was "[finance@gendergp.com](mailto:finance@gendergp.com)" and I think I got it from the bottom of a billing email?

Of course the advisor couldn't really help at all, and so I still pulled my subscription. After listening to him give me a boiler plate about how DIY was "dangerous" (as if I was getting any real medical supervision from GenderGP, who would randomly change my dosages without doctor insight or any explanation due to "internal policy"!).

But yeah you're not crazy, it's awful treatment of their patients. I would recommend going DIY for a cheaper, more flexible option if you think you are able to manage your own transition safely. But if not, and assuming they haven't changed otherwise since 9ish months ago, you will either need to try what I did or else pay money for front line technical support (from an underequipped "advisor") for the broken service you're paying for the privilege of being subscribed to each month.

Edit: Another user is saying that their AI can now transfer you to a human. Wasn't the case when I had my issues, but maybe there were enough issues that it was added. Fingers crossed for you.

  • Similar things happened to me a while back with gendergp. They kind of suck so I ended up DIYiny
