I had level 100+ toons in my account from about 5 years. Yesterday I got a new laptop and the first game I loaded up was this one and all my toons are gone. Same username and everything, they're just not there anymore ðŸ˜
Double check you didn’t use a different email? This happened to me before with an old account, I was a silly goose and didn’t realize I used an old email I didn’t really use. So I technically have two accounts (2 different emails). Hope that helps or at least support can!
My kids were arguing and as revenge my daughter deleted my sons toon.... if you email support and go ahead and tell them what the toons name was color, species, laff, gags and possible suits you may have they will definitely get them back for you!!!

i know it sounds stupid but triple check emails, i’ve done it so much and thought i’ve lost out it’s insanity
