cattlelogs are a bit funky, some parts of the cattlelog like clothing are different depending on what series and issue they're on, while things like accessories and holiday clothing are seasonal so everyone has the same ones at the same time.

The specific series and issue every toon is on can vary since whenever a toon starts out and gets their first cattlelog they always start on series 1 issue #1. Every week you get a new issue and there are a certain number of issues in each series. Since the time everyone starts a toon can be different, that means not everyone is going to be on the same series and issue. Generally some clothes, phrases, and furniture can vary a little bit between series and issues, but everyone will have the same seasonal accessories and special seasonal clothes whenever they get their first cattlelog in the timeframe. New accessories rotate in every 2 months, and holidays like Halloween and Christmas will have additional holiday items that won't appear until a little later into their months. This isn’t a dumb question the easy answer is it depends they change depending on the week I believe it’s weekly someone can correct me if I’m wrong. So you start out on 1 1 then it changes to 1-2 1-3.. eventually you go to 2-1 and so on from there it might be longer than a week if I’m being honest but ya it’s based on how long you’ve had your toon.
