The main goal for TTR right now is bringing more players into Toontown
- New Toonfest items (use code Galaxycon2025)
- New clothes
- Brrrgh remastered
- New map
- New schtickerbook map
- New launcher (absolutely beautiful, account selector like in corporate clash, live and test server launchers integrated, many new helpful QOL features, themes!!)
- Toontown coming to other platforms like itch.io
- Demo mode (try out Toontown without an account)
- There will be 8 new campaigns over the next 2 years for Makeship. These could include shirts, pants, keychains, and/or hats https://www.makeship.com/shop/creator/toontown-rewritten. The next will be Flippy and Flunky
- "Next Update Project" is a new initiative to implement community feedback for more QOL features ingame - smaller updates but more frequently. Partner Badges, Operation PLUSH, and Gag Wizards are part of this. Incoming parts of this will be better doodle training and improved DDL taskline.
- CLEAR COASTS:
Tenor Terrace will get a SECOND tunnel that leads to Clear Coasts.
- "Joint Venture" buildings
- New gag types that allow the toons to get status effects?
This is all of the new stuff announced at Toonfest. The Brrrgh remastered is coming out very soon and the code will probably be active when the servers are back up. Joint Ventures and Clear Coasts are coming at the same time. New gag track will probably come out alongside Clear Coasts too.

Toontown is actually evolving wow Iām excited for this it feels like Disney wouldāve done something sort of similar, idk Iām hyped I donāt care if it changes a bit Iām happy for this
Disney wouldāve done all of that with a subscription fee attached, weāre so lucky for our TTR volunteers š

New clothes calls for a better wardrobe set up šµāš« i have over 60 shirts and no way to organize them
Duuuude yeah. After all this time I canāt believe theyāve not touched the wardrobe organization at all. Adding name tags and eye types but not having any form of sorting or organization for outfit pieces besides a never ending scroll through every item isā¦ badā¦ itās definitely overdo!
Icons to see items and an outfit saver would be game changers for me. I love customizing my toon all the time, so having the closet set up like this is rough after playing for 10 years and having so many items. Not to say I donāt appreciate everything the team is doing is course! Just would love to see this!
Even just some backend organization/grouping would be great in the interim if they need more time to do a bigger overhaul.
Costume/Halloween outfits together, toon task outfits together, Christmas/other holiday together, outfits from codes together, that kind of thing. There seems to be no real sorting logic to the clothing as it is now, and itās painful to sort through.
Having skirts and shorts on a different list, or all grouped together would be nice too.
Thereās some big changes they could make to really spruce it up, but even just some little QOL tweaks would go a long way!
I donāt think many of us imagined weād still be sitting here suggesting changes to Toontown in 2025, so like you said Iām grateful for everything they do as it is!

no set date yet, but they have the playground (only the playground area, nothing else) available for alpha testing at toonfest - i'd say at least a year away (likely longer), to give them time to finish the playground itself and then all the npcs, streets, and taskline. it'll definitely be worth the wait though!

Will they change the way the doodle traits work too? And I assume that new track will be unlocked via a taskline via Clear Coasts.
