For me comedown was usually a week. The first few days were physical, By Wednesday the Blues would be at the peak..
Always dark house, no people, just the Blue Mondays after a long weekend.
I don’t miss it. It was fun while it happened but those days are over.

Depression sucks. I'm on 2 different meds for Anxiety, Depression and PTSD
