I was playing with teh shortstop once and I saw a demo, I tried to shove him off the ledge we were at, he then died from the shove because he had one health, and the shortstop shove does one damage, my only shove kill in my entire time playing tf2. Was trying to comprehend the kill for 10 seconds.
Edit: Another I remember is that I was playing huntsman sniper when I was relatively new. It was a Thunder Mountain match and I was aiming for a soldier at mid range, I held the charge too long and the arrow missed, and hit and killed a cloaked spy I didn't even know was there. I swear that spy was considering reporting me.
I was just walking in 2Fort near stairs under normal respawn as a soldier. Somehow my brain short circuited and i suddenly turned left 90 degrees and shoot rocket, which was critical, directly in the face of random invisible enemy spy standing in a corner.
oof... had something like that happen. "if that space did not exist, god would not have created me, checkmate you filthy french scoutfather! Confusious said that!" - soldier before i blast a random rocket that collides directly with a spy i did not know about.
wel, i was playing on an (unfortunately) friendly server. i do not bother with friendlies (i even like it when server is less cramped) but what i did there is that i tried to heal a hoovie who killbinded before my bolt reached him (from balcony to enemy battlements on 2Fort) which than nails a spy i did not know was there.

One time i random critted an invisible spy while spamming a chokepoint. The spy was unserstandably upset

I walked at the edge of the map with bonesaw. Whe i saw our pyro i got scared of him and random critted the spy
accidentaly killed a spy because he was disguised as a hoovy and i wanted a sandvich
