You should definitely watch it. It's been on for yeeeeaaars now and is much more realistic as the girls don't get the big pay that the US Teen Mom girls do so you continue to see the actual struggle they have to go through as regular Teen Mothers... I will warn you though that we've now had 12 seasons and for the past few years it has been very repetitive as none of them seem to have progressed in any of the issues they were struggling with whether it be relationship or whatever... I'm being very intentionally vague as I don't want to give away their storylines incase you are going to watch it lol
Just to make you aware though that there's quite a few different variations. There's the original which is just Teen Mom UK but we then had Teen Mom UK Young + Pregnant which was also amazing as there was a girl on there with twins, a girl who was in a lesbian Marriage and her Wife was clearly abusive... But for some strange reason they just completely axed all the girls from that and never ever brought them back which I have no idea why as it was a hit so super strange. Then now they have some other one called Teen Mom... I don't actually know, it might also be called Teen Mom UK Young + Pregnant too but just with completely different girls or it could have a completely different name. I've no idea as I've never bothered to watch it as it looks 💩 tbh

So that's my advice, just stick to the main one "Teen Mom UK" and don't even bother with all the others. That also includes the first "Teen Mom UK Young + Pregnant" as it'll just disappoint you that you watched this amazing first season and then they just vanished all of the girls into thin air with no explanation???
Australia also had their own Teen Mom too which I LOVED but I've never been able to find any other episodes after season 2 finished and I don't know if it's just because they axed the show or if we just didn't get the rights to broadcast anymore seasons here in the UK. If it was axed it's a real shame as it really was fantastic and again much more realistic than the US one. So I definitely recommend watching that too if you haven't.

The show isn't called that though, as they unfortunately went with the US spelling and called the show "Teen Mom UK"
