People think bc she was on reality tv she’s not allowed to have childcare m-f 8-5 like 70-80% of the world does. Like y’all will hate on ANYTHING. Even shit that’s considered normal and fine for a “regular” person 🙄
Here we go again. People get outraged every time she says this and it’s so stupid. As in your outrage is so stupid.
She’s not pretending she doesn’t have a nanny, she isn’t pretending they don’t work hard or long hours… she’s simply clarifying the answer.
People can mean different things when they say “ full-time nanny” (such as someone who lives with you) which is why she was clear about that.
When most people say they work a full-time job it’s not a job where people can work seven days a week or live where they work. So she’s simply being clear about when she has that support.
Yeah Kail sucks but she’s admitting she has a nanny and is openly saying how often she uses them. While I don’t consume any of her shit she has a popular podcast and does other social media work. She’s working full time. It’s unconventional work but it’s still work and she can’t watch her children and work at the same time. She’s utilizing childcare like every other working mother does, and she’s only doing it during the work week. This is a non-issue.
These girls do so many stupid and legitimately annoying things that I don’t understand why people nitpick.
There are nannies who work on weekends and nights in addition to the 40 hour week. Who cares if she didn’t use the correct term of full time? She answered the question and gave the exact hours she uses childcare. She used to have a live in which is why she clarified.
8-4 is 8 hours, multiply that by 5 (mon-fri) that is 40 hours. 35 hours is what qualifies as full time. So yes, that is full time nanny. Full time is not based on how many days your work, it’s based on how many hours you work. Also even full time jobs have days off. Anyone working a full time job should be getting two days off…. If full time employees are not getting days off of work there is an issue..
I understand that. You’re missing the point that Nannies have different schedules available and when someone says “full time nanny” they could be referring to something OTHER THAN a standard 40 hour work week.
When most people who are celebrities or are very wealthy have a “full time nanny” they’re usually talking about someone who lives there or is around most of the time.
So she’s clarifying her nanny’s hour not saying that 40 hours isn’t a full time job.
Kail used to work like an average person. She knows what the average 40 hour full time is.
But that’s different from nanny schedules. It’s not that hard to grasp.
It’s because she did not properly word the answer. The answer she is giving is “I don’t have a live in nanny, nor does my nanny work 7 days” but she does in fact have a full time nanny because full time is always going to refer to hours. The confusion from others is because of the way she worded this answer. She does have a full time nanny, just not a live in nanny.
I agree, she could have worded it differently. But you clearly understood what she meant, because you have a brain cell. It’s just wild to me that people are going so hard on hating her when it’s just that simple. 🤷♀️
I’m not even hating, I was honestly just confused because I’m like… well that is full time 🤣 after commenting with you I understand what she’s trying to say lmao. This is why more people need grammarly because simple sentence structure would have cleared this up easily lol. No hating from me, I was just confused
"Full time" can have different definitions. I worked a job where anything 30 and over was considered full time. When talking about a job like "nanny" where people have live in nannys, it's fair to distinguish. She's not saying she doesn't have a fulltime nanny.
Yeah, same here, every job I’ve had qualified full time as anything 30ish hours and up. The issue is stemming from the way she worded the answer. She does have a full time nanny, she just doesn’t have a LIVE IN nanny.
And She literally said Monday- Friday which calculates out to 40 hours… 🤣😳are these people for real and don’t know how many hours qualifies as full time? She might need to go back to school because….yikes
She said no twice… idk how that is saying she has a full time nanny? From the way she worded it, she is saying no. But then she goes on to explain how she literally does have a full time nanny sooo? I really don’t care, I don’t watch teen mom, I just can’t help but laugh at people who are clearly stupid.
Y’all don’t even realize how stupid you are in the comment. You’re outraged saying she doesn’t know real work when she does podcasts and appearances and also can’t have her kids there so she has someone care for them.
Podcasts and appearances are not real work. These people wouldn’t even exist if there weren’t an army of people who feel even more insecure than they do. And before you ask I’m on my way to pour concrete for the 26th day in a row
Sitting "on the board at a co-op" is not a flex 🤣 what is even funnier is that you misplaced the modifier in that sentence. The correct way would be: "I'm a sitting Board member of a co-op." What you said literally means you sit on the board...like a seesaw or bench.
My dad managed a concrete plant my whole childhood. Reading “I’m on my way to pour concrete” took me back. He also tells us every time we’re walking on or near concrete he poured years ago haha
She never said it wasn't full time. She just clarified the type of full time she does have. Some people can have nannies who work every day or are live in and that would also be considered a full time position in this case.. She just clarified hers
I am aware! I was a nanny.
Live in Nannie’s are not full time, it’s usually much more. She stated. Typical full time schedule. “What is full time” it’s the typical American schedule lmao. It’s not complicated 😂
I think she means someone that lives with her. She doesn’t. She does work so she needs help with the babies while she earns money to raise them. She is actually a badass and wears a lot of hats. If I were her I’d have more help than that. I bet she’s one tired Mama.
I’m confused on why since she always says the triplets are in preschool(daycare) or whatever. No wonder when Kail said Rio was gifted Lincoln looked at her and said “how? You and Elijah are his parents” 😂😂😂🤣 he wasn’t lying
Clearly full time for her means 24/7 guys!! 😂 I don't like her all the time but I give it to her she didn't have shit when she first started teen mom and she's doing pretty well even with all them kids and baby daddies.
Ya people are blasting her here for this but 8-4 is like daycare hours some kids spend more time in daycare than that. Like who cares if she did have a full time live in nanny? Also what do people expect her to do with her kids while she works? As much as people hate on her she's very involved with her kids and their lives/schedules and sports and present as well as supportive of them.
Right!!? That's what I'm saying those kids are well mannered (kinda) 😆 Lincoln loves sports and the others ones will follow in good examples. And can we not say we're proud of Issac for coming out 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
With her I can never tell if she’s just stupid which I know she is by some of the things she’s said on her podcast or if she’s trying to not get the backlash. Yes, this is a full time position. It is not a live in nanny or two nannies doing the only work with the children which may legitimately have been what she thought was asked and this is a defensive answer. If someone asked the same question and asked if they were in day care full time and she said they attend 8-4 the answer would be the same. It’s also possible she thinks the answer only applies to 8-5 or 6 and that she is not having full time care because she’s got that number in her head. She’s not super bright.
Look, there is one and one person only that is the common denominator in her life. She is the problem now and she was the problem then and she will ALWAYS be the problem. Side note and I mean no hate at all, why does her facial features seem to get bigger as the years have gone by? No shade whatsoever, just curious if it's a procedure or just her DNA.
I had a babysitter full time when I was a kid. Daycare wasn’t as big and I lived in a small town. My babysitter was a SAHM whose kids were on opposite schedules (back when kindergarten was every other day).
I feel like if you go there=babysitter
They come to you= nanny.
Ok so I’m going to defend her here (which pains me as I loathe her): I’m sure she knows that this is a FT position relative to a working career for the nanny, however when people ask this question they are wanting to know if she has celebrity-level nanny care which she doesn’t. Daycare has my child from 8:30-5 but that doesn’t mean I’m not raising my child, just like any other working parent. I think her point is that she doesn’t want to answer “yes” to the question and have people thinking she has constant help.
Yeah, I always thought “full time nanny” meant like 24-7 child care. I don’t know why, because it doesn’t make sense, but this post made me realize that maybe I have that wrong 😂 apparently most people think full time nanny means a nanny who works 40 hours a week - which does make sense but for some reason I just didn’t think of it like that. 🥹
I think if she had simply responded “yes” to having full time care (which she does), people would suspect it was a live in nanny 7 days a week vs 40 hours a week. I agree with you on her need to clarify.
Kail doesn't know what full time is cause she's never worked a full time job. 9hrs a day at any job is full time she would know this if she got off her ass and actually worked.
Just the 2-3 podcasts she has are enough to account for a full time work week, not even factoring in the other gigs she has. You people just be chomping at the bit to shit on this girl m, for what?? Being a working mother??
Did anyone see her stories from yesterday? Went to Philly for a concert for lincs birthday. On the way up she notices the tickets aren't released yet. Calls, they want to give her nosebleeds. She says no, refund. Turns around and goes home. Wouldn't nosebleeds be better than nothing? Especially after a 2 hour drive. With a friend? Then goes to an eagles game alone with linc today?
Imagine being an adult and not knowing what "full time" means.
I get that she works non-traditionally and is relatively successful in doing so, but it's crazy out of touch that the girl has no idea what "full time" means.
I think we already know she’s not on the staff of intelligence. She is indeed very dim. Just look at her life decisions. Terrible body ink. Bad choice in men. Many children with many men. And it’s seems she has zero friends.
Exactly. why the f are people defending her on this... do they consider her podcast a real job? Sorry, but I don't. I refuse to believe she is working on her podcast 8 hours a day while she has childcare, like those of us with jobs have to do
She may have been at a Staples once, but she met Jordan at Sports Authority.
I know in the beginning she was working two jobs but I thought one was a wing place.
She literally clarified the hours and days for you jerks. And needing childcare for 40/hrs a week is NOT having someone else raise your kids, or you would be talking shit about 89% of working mothers in the US.
Some people use the term “full time nanny” to mean a nanny who lives at your house and is around 24/7. Some people use the term to mean a nanny who is there 8-9 hours a day, Monday through Friday, while the parent(s) are working.
I don’t think she’s saying 40 hours a week isn’t a full time job. It read more to me like she was clarifying she doesn’t have a 24/7 live-in nanny (which some people might assume she meant) but she does have a nanny there who is working 40 hours a week.
Either way it makes sense for her to have help and she still seems like an involved mom to her kids.
I agree I read that as her saying “if you mean full time as in everyday or even a live in nanny then no. If you mean the typical 8 hrs five days a week then yes.”
If someone told me they were a full time nanny I’d likely assume they at least there to wake the kids up and put them to sleep.
I think she was questioning what the person asking was considering full-time NOT what full-time actually is. Like her or not, she has busted her butt to get where she is in life and she is a very involved mom. Any working mom, especially a single working mom, with 3 under 3 (not to mention 4 more) has help, whether it is a babysitter, daycare, family, a nanny, whatever. She could be sitting home, living off the system i guess.
Well, no... if she had a full time job, I wouldn't see the problem with hiring help for the hours you work. That's life. But she doesn't work from what I understand (social media/podcast doesn't count to me, sorry)
So anyone who isn't in a position to be a stay at home mum no longer qualifies as a mum at all?
Well. Lucky my mum's passed on. I'd have hated having to tell her raising five kids solo for 90% of our life was useless and counts for nothing, since she worked so we wouldn't starve and we were in daycare during those times.
TIL: my coworkers and I are “skipping” being a mom because other people watch our kids while we work. /s
Believe it or not, mothers continue to be mothers while we work. Would you say the same thing about a dad who works full time? Is he “skipping” being a dad?
What else do you call a nanny that is there all week? Down vote all you want but some of us cant even get 5 min alone time and she gets hours everyday then she is only a mom full time on weekends??
This isn’t a kiss Kails ass group. This is a group of moms who also have to work. Who also have nanny’s or send their little ones to daycare. Jail doesn’t just sit home. She has multiple businesses she runs. Podcasts etc. Most of us agree she’s annoying. But one thing we can’t shit on her for is she’s a working mom who needs help. There’s nothing wrong with that whatsoever. I’d love to stay home with my kids every day, but that just isn’t the case. Same for her. She works and does everything she can do her kids are supported and can go to college if they choose. There’s so many other things to snark on her for. That is not one of them.
i don’t either (based off of her own personal life choices and beliefs), i think she’s probably just unalligned party wise and doesn’t publicly acknowledge politics often.
She definitely has made hints towards leaning a bit left (the egg thing, and having utilized the welfare system and benefitted from it herself, I also think she strikes me as the pro-choice type) but I also wouldnt be surprised if she were somewhat moderate. One thing I will give her is that she does have a higher education, and most people with higher education are not maga.
Legit the anti vax stance is covert racism, hence why I think she is a little moderate. She has no problem vaccinating her own self (go look at the rabies incident and all her plastic surgery) and injecting her own self with whatever but her children cant have a pertussis, measles, or tetanus vaccine?
What is the difference in this scenario? Nannie's usually are expected to cook and clean more than a babysitter, and I am sure Kail is expecting them to cook and clean.
Does she honestly not google shit? She could have looked up "what is considered a full time nanny?" And Google will tell her its a nanny that provides 30-50+ hours of child care a week. Considering her nanny works 8 hours a day, 5 days a week then yes, you have a full time nanny...
Idk how many hours she does her work but it seems reasonable that she has a nanny for her toddlers. Even though the nanny is around I’m sure she doesn’t stop being a mom.
Full time nanny to me means around the clock 24/7. I can see how you can day full time is 40 hours. Most kids are in day care “full time” so there really no difference.
In my mind clarification is always needed around child care. I worked in a child care center for years and people often referred to me as the babysitter. In my mind a babysitter watches your kids for a couple of hours not 40 hours a week. A nanny refers to someone who typically works in your home but the hours really can vary. To me nanny is either 30/40 hours or live in but some people think a nanny can be 20 hours or less as I have seen job postings like this.
We ended up hiring a nanny one day a week for the summer for my 3 kids (under 5 at the time). The ratio 3:1 was much better than daycare, it cost a little less than daycare, and she could adjust to my schedule.
Same. If I hadn’t stayed home for two years, I would have had a nanny. My kid is in school and in the care of others while I work. It would be unreasonable for me to try to work from home while trying to care for three toddlers. Whether they’re in school, daycare, or with a nanny doesn’t really matter. If someone were to say they had a “full time nanny” I would probably ask if they meant live-in to clarify.
Exactly! When she’s not working they probably go out and do activities. It’s no different than going out with all the kids and your spouse. It’s an extra pair of hands to help.
How is she stupid? She asked if they meant a live in? She said no - she has one for the 3 littles during normal working hours. I think you guys are the fucking stupid ones here…
The inability of the brilliant minds on this sub to understand her answer is hilarious really. She knows what a full time job entails hour wise. But you want to believe otherwise to give yourselves something to complain about. You know damn well what the response means and if not, that’s sad.
Kail asking herself stupid questions..no one cares about.
No one gives a fuck if she spends about as much time with her kids that Kail's mom spent with her. That's on her to reckon with when she's on her death bed and someone wants to podcast about the past mistakes in her life.
Most working mothers work 40 hrs a week, are we all due a deathbed reckoning?? God you people have such a hate boner for this woman that you twist even normal shit into something nefarious.
No I was addressing making a podcast on her father's death bed because of mistakes he made. Which isn't normal.
Normal shit is definitely having a nanny or kid in care, working long hours. Completely understand our culture where family life isn't supported.
Abnormal shit is having 4+ baby daddies and rushing all the kids into a relationship with a temporary father that you've been with for a month. Spending over a million in court for custody. Spending thousands on risky, unnecessary, vain procedures that could leave your child without their mother. Spending 100 grand because someone might have slept with your baby daddy. Assaulting your baby daddy. Saying you work long hours because you're a workaholic not because work demands you. Saying you treat your kids differently because of how their dad behaves. Your oldest kid asking you to stop having kids.
I don’t think anyone’s issue is her having a nanny. It’s that she lies about having one full time and she acts like she’s a single mom with no help when in reality all of the kids also have their dads and a nanny on top of it. She is more privileged than most actual single moms.
She doesn’t act like she doesn’t though? She has always talked about her nannies openly for years. She was also with Elijah for at least two years and would always praise him for how helpful he was even with the older kids.
I feel like she asked those questions because people always say she has a nanny around the clock 24 hours 7 days a week. I would be tired of it too. There’s no difference in having a nanny 8 to 5 or taking kids to daycare 8 to 5.
People think bc she was on reality tv she’s not allowed to have childcare m-f 8-5 like 70-80% of the world does. Like y’all will hate on ANYTHING. Even shit that’s considered normal and fine for a “regular” person 🙄
I think it's the part where she's so disconnected she doesn't realize what full time is. Anyone with a job would know what full time means.
It’s not that big of a deal.

This sub will find something wrong with any little damn thing to make their own miserable lives seem just a little better.
It’s wild. 😂
Is this your way of telling us that you also were not aware that a 40 hr/week job is a full time one?
There are nannies who work on weekends and nights in addition to the 40 hour week. Who cares if she didn’t use the correct term of full time? She answered the question and gave the exact hours she uses childcare. She used to have a live in which is why she clarified.
No, but that is YOUR way of saying you can’t comprehend that Nannies have different schedules available to them.
She isn't saying she doesn't have a full-time nanny. What is wrong with you?

Yeah the sentence is funny 😂 but like we get it. No need for people to be calling her a moron and a bad mom and all this wild stuff.
Like she used to beg for 12 hours a week at Quiznos or wherever she worked. Trust me she knows what a full time 40 hour regular job is 😂
She cannot even be considered a bad mom at all because she is giving her child proper care! People are silly
"Full time" can have different definitions. I worked a job where anything 30 and over was considered full time. When talking about a job like "nanny" where people have live in nannys, it's fair to distinguish. She's not saying she doesn't have a fulltime nanny.

She is clarifying what she has, you idiot.
Best example to me was my mom working the 8-4 you have your nanny for Kail.
Y’all don’t even realize how stupid you are in the comment. You’re outraged saying she doesn’t know real work when she does podcasts and appearances and also can’t have her kids there so she has someone care for them.
What do y’all do??!?
Okay 😂😂😂😂🤷♀️
Podcasts and appearances are not real work. These people wouldn’t even exist if there weren’t an army of people who feel even more insecure than they do. And before you ask I’m on my way to pour concrete for the 26th day in a row
lol what? It’s all work. She leaves her kids to take care of them just like you.
And before you ask, I homeschool and sit on the board at a co-op, so I don’t leave my children.
Sitting "on the board at a co-op" is not a flex 🤣 what is even funnier is that you misplaced the modifier in that sentence. The correct way would be: "I'm a sitting Board member of a co-op." What you said literally means you sit on the board...like a seesaw or bench.
I also homeschool 🙃
I do. I sit on the boards outside while I volunteer.
You tried it though. 😂
Right, but that's not what you meant 🤣 the cognitive fallacy is good!
You tried it though 😂
Do you read minds?
Swing & a miss. Your BA is yikes.
My dad managed a concrete plant my whole childhood. Reading “I’m on my way to pour concrete” took me back. He also tells us every time we’re walking on or near concrete he poured years ago haha
She’s ragebaiting yawn
Yeah idc if you have to hire someone to take care of your kids you have too many kids & you’re not the super mom you think you are.
I had one kid and had to hire someone to take care of him. I had this thing called a “job”. Maybe you’re not familiar with the term.
Most moms could use help. Even with one kid. Most moms SHOULD have help. It enables you to be a better mother.
Raising kids is serious work and the more help you have the better.
People haaate to admit this. We weren’t made to do it alone. Incredibly thankful for my village of family and friends
…………
So women that send their kids to daycare & school?
Saying this as a homeschooling mom, too.
That’s a full time nanny. Lmfao. It’s full time hours.
She never said it wasn't full time. She just clarified the type of full time she does have. Some people can have nannies who work every day or are live in and that would also be considered a full time position in this case.. She just clarified hers

Agree. She wouldn’t know because she hasn’t worked for an employer in admin/hospitality etc.
Why’s Kail always so damn rude lol
Literally!
I think she means someone that lives with her. She doesn’t. She does work so she needs help with the babies while she earns money to raise them. She is actually a badass and wears a lot of hats. If I were her I’d have more help than that. I bet she’s one tired Mama.
Amen!!!🙏🏼
That…that’s full time, babes 😒 lol
Last time I checked, 8 x 5 = 40, which is full time …
Bitch, what!?! Another one with a phd from the Jenelly school of delulu.

I can’t stand her! Pig face, as my departed husband used to call her. Gross.
You seem like such a decent human 🙄
Some of these comments are wild 😜 Chill out with the negativity
She is so out of touch that she doesn’t know what full time work is. That’s wild.
How is 8-4 not what MOST of y’all do and you drop your kids off or send them to school? 😭😂😂😂
She’s got 7 kids with (at least) 4 different men, so yes, yes she is.
So the nanny works 40 hours a week seems pretty full time to me
Do I have a full-time nanny?
No. I have a full-time nanny.
Soooo full time. She’s so dumb
That would be full time cuz
Yes. She is
Look, there is one and one person only that is the common denominator in her life. She is the problem now and she was the problem then and she will ALWAYS be the problem. Side note and I mean no hate at all, why does her facial features seem to get bigger as the years have gone by? No shade whatsoever, just curious if it's a procedure or just her DNA.
Smh she has 7 kids all different dads and she doesn’t talk to any of them..I wonder who’s the real problem
Hey now. The twins have the same dad!
(And lux and creed)
She’s not literally asking what full time is while listing a full time shift(s)… I lost brain cells reading this
She knew what full time was when she got a PPP loan to help pay her employees during covid.
Thats not a nanny though , thats a baby sitter They are two different things and two different pay grades
Incorrect. Don’t say silly things.
No. I’m a nanny. I work 8-4pm, Monday thru Friday. 40 hours a week. A babysitter watches your kids on a Saturday night.
No. Baby-sitters do not come to your house every single day for 8 hours.
I had a babysitter full time when I was a kid. Daycare wasn’t as big and I lived in a small town. My babysitter was a SAHM whose kids were on opposite schedules (back when kindergarten was every other day).
I feel like if you go there=babysitter They come to you= nanny.
How is that not a nanny? Thats full time hours
Full time= 40 hours like the rest of at least America. I hate when people CHOOSE dumbassery.
Exactly. I think she worded it poorly for sure but I understood her need to clarify.
7 days a week is called slavery ma’am… like wtf??
it's almost like she's dumb enough to have 4 kids with 4 different dads
Seven kids!
Fuck off wtf. I've watched every season since the start and somehow still lose track of her kids
Insane isn’t it? Lol
I don’t know how mentally she sorts through 7 children’s needs I’m over here frazzled with 2
Did anyone see her stories from yesterday? Went to Philly for a concert for lincs birthday. On the way up she notices the tickets aren't released yet. Calls, they want to give her nosebleeds. She says no, refund. Turns around and goes home. Wouldn't nosebleeds be better than nothing? Especially after a 2 hour drive. With a friend? Then goes to an eagles game alone with linc today?
Like everyone has already said... that's literally full time lol
& whyyy does she always insist on taking pics from the worst angles?
Imagine being an adult and not knowing what "full time" means.
I get that she works non-traditionally and is relatively successful in doing so, but it's crazy out of touch that the girl has no idea what "full time" means.
Like every working mother why all the put down? 🤷🏼♀️
It’s not that she has childcare, it’s that she’s either so out of touch or so stupid that she doesn’t know what “full time” is.
so literally employs someone for 40 hours a week… so full time… got it
I think we already know she’s not on the staff of intelligence. She is indeed very dim. Just look at her life decisions. Terrible body ink. Bad choice in men. Many children with many men. And it’s seems she has zero friends.
I hope she/he is "live". 😂😂 Live-in
That's full time. Hope you are paying into their benefits like social security. I received those as a full time nanny to 1
Ohhhh Kail. 8 hours a day x 5 days a week= 40 hours a week.
40 hours is a full time employment!!!! You have a full time nanny!!!! Dummy
That sounds like a full time nanny. Someone else is watching her kids for a bulk of the day.
So yeah, a full time nanny.
I think the term in live in.
So I have to live at work in order to get the full time benefits? Got it.
So yes lol
Kail doesn’t know what full-time means because she’s never had a full-time job
Exactly. why the f are people defending her on this... do they consider her podcast a real job? Sorry, but I don't. I refuse to believe she is working on her podcast 8 hours a day while she has childcare, like those of us with jobs have to do
She did work in the beginning, but it's been a long time since she worked at Sport Authority.
Why did I think it was staples lmao
She may have been at a Staples once, but she met Jordan at Sports Authority. I know in the beginning she was working two jobs but I thought one was a wing place.
She tries so hard to not say she has someone else do the job of raising her kids 😂
She literally clarified the hours and days for you jerks. And needing childcare for 40/hrs a week is NOT having someone else raise your kids, or you would be talking shit about 89% of working mothers in the US.
But javi spilled the tea and I believe him honestly 😭🤣
If you mean the typical 8 hrs five days a week then yes.” If someone told me they were a full time nanny I’d likely assume they at least there to wake the kids up and put them to sleep.
I mean 40 hours a week is full time Kail lol
that is literally a full time nanny lmao
Sooo yes?
It's cheaper to have a nanny come in the house for multiple kids then to send them to daycare.
Yet she claims that the 3 babies go to nursery school from 9-12. So what does the Nanny do?
I will never understand those people that hire help when their kids aren't even home the whole day. I guess if you're super rich, go for it
What does the nanny DO?
Probably help with the endless laundry created by 8 humans, or grocery shopping for the endless amount of food consumed.
Nobody cares
I think she was questioning what the person asking was considering full-time NOT what full-time actually is. Like her or not, she has busted her butt to get where she is in life and she is a very involved mom. Any working mom, especially a single working mom, with 3 under 3 (not to mention 4 more) has help, whether it is a babysitter, daycare, family, a nanny, whatever. She could be sitting home, living off the system i guess.
Well basically skipping being a mom 🙄😒
Well, no... if she had a full time job, I wouldn't see the problem with hiring help for the hours you work.
Wait this is wild lol. Anyone who goes to work full time is skipping being a mom? Sounds like you want everyone to be a tradwife
Kail doesn't work full time
What else do you call a nanny that is there all week? Down vote all you want but some of us cant even get 5 min alone time and she gets hours everyday then she is only a mom full time on weekends??
Some of us work for a living princess.
Are you a sahm?
Is this rage bait?
Everyone has to work… I’m a nanny from 8:30-4:30. Pretty average.
From what I understood was she wasnt working and was just at home so I didnt know
This isn’t a kiss Kails ass group.
Every working mom has that childcare schedule- so?
This must be kiss kails ass group
Sooo?? What's your point
Clearly spoken from someone who has never worked a full time job in their life… 🙄🙄
Except she does, hence the need for a nanny.
Yes
“What is full time” describes a full time schedule what the fuck 😂
it's literally the perfect definition of a full time job 8 hours a day, 5 days a week lol.
I bet she pays her nanny shit
MAGA math
She’s absolutely not MAGA.
[deleted]
Nah she’s definitely not.
so many white supremacists / maga ppl marry and have children with minorities lol it’s sick
Yeah, having sex with a person of color doesn’t make one not a racist. See: all of white colonialism
Truly.
I would like to say I am the biggest Kail hater here and I actually dont think she is maga.
i don’t either (based off of her own personal life choices and beliefs), i think she’s probably just unalligned party wise and doesn’t publicly acknowledge politics often.
She seems mostly liberal, but then is anti-vax so I'd agree she's more moderate.
Legit the anti vax stance is covert racism, hence why I think she is a little moderate. She has no problem vaccinating her own self (go look at the rabies incident and all her plastic surgery) and injecting her own self with whatever but her children cant have a pertussis, measles, or tetanus vaccine?
Au pair is usually a live in nanny but I would say her nanny is full time if she is working 8-4 M-F that's full time
I wouldn't consider her situation a nanny. Thats just a full-time babysitter.
Full time sitter is a nanny…
That is absolutely not a babysitter lol it's a nanny
What is the difference in this scenario? Nannie's usually are expected to cook and clean more than a babysitter, and I am sure Kail is expecting them to cook and clean.
Does she honestly not google shit? She could have looked up "what is considered a full time nanny?" And Google will tell her its a nanny that provides 30-50+ hours of child care a week. Considering her nanny works 8 hours a day, 5 days a week then yes, you have a full time nanny...
IDK she either plays dumb or really is. She didn't know the Mafia was real, though it was only in movies.
I think you guys are the fucking stupid ones here…
Not knowing 40 hours is a full time work week is stupid.
The inability of the brilliant minds on this sub to understand her answer is hilarious really. She knows what a full time job entails hour wise. But you want to believe otherwise to give yourselves something to complain about. You know damn well what the response means and if not, that’s sad.
That’s what a snark sub is so idk what to tell you.
eight hours a day, five days a week is literally full-time, genius.
And Kail is clarifying if they meant full time as in certain hours a day or a live in nanny, genius.
I completely understand this differentiation, I’m not sure why everyone else doesn’t.
Full time in baby hours is….. around the clock.
they are not babies, they are toddlers. 40 hours a week is full-time.
Thank you. I’ll report this to my toddler.
You're your toddler's nanny and parent? Weird.
What a weird comment actually.
I'm just not sure why you're bothering to point out babies/toddlers need 24/7 care, when it's not a nanny's job to provide 24/7 care.
That's full time....
That’s certainly full time hours.
And yes these things are detrimental to kids.
Exactly this. People are so unreasonable about this.
Ah she’s a special kind of stupid and privileged all at the same time.
HELP WANTED
Part time Nanny needed
“I’ll do the job with one exception!”
“I will take no lunch but will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, no lunches.”
“You’re hired, with one exception.”
“How are you at reading pregnancy tests?”
So the answer was still yes.. 8 hours a day 5 days a week is a full time job 😭
