Not quite sure I get the MacGyver here, it appears to be a regular PC unless I'm mistaken, If you're genuinely having trouble, try disconnecting the graphics card and going from the motherboard, If that works, you've either put in the graphics card wrong or it's faulty, Hope this helps!
