I checked the pictures as a German and I can tell you that a lot of them clearly have sexual energy and it seems to be on purpose. This picture is something where I clearly would have shown the client the pictures beforehand and asked for permission.
But regardless of that, every experience I have had so far, the artist asked me if I would be fine with the pictures being shared, so I would assume the same happened here.

Yeah I checked back, I was off with all of them. But the one with the girl sitting in her thong is certainly a choice. And I’m not complaining, it’s just weird that the artist is showing their clients ass in that way.
I mean, it gets the posts more views, which gets the artist more business. Customers probably found his work from these posts, and those in the posts aren't exactly doing full-on sexy photoshoots without consent, unless there's something really really sketchy going on. Personally if I could get both a great tattoo and a free boudoir shoot, and all I have to do is have a faceless photo of me on someone's Instagram, I'm definitely taking that deal lol. Getting good spicy photos like that can be annoying. Seems like the same thing is going on here
Its not about the labe. Its about where one would view this and whether that would be appropriate. The warning makes sure you don't view this in a setting that would make someone else uncomfortable. It would be the same if it was a scrot.
