People who may have beliefs in socialism or leftist ideas but are perfectly willing to discard those principles in the name of being against "The west" or "fascism" (Definition of either varies based on whatever they don't like that day) which means supporting fascistic imperialists. theocracies, or openly bigoted and imperialistic causes are all good with them. Essentially, enormous mobs of white racists who had things like “ethnic cleansing unit” written on their tank tops, set upon and attacked random Middle Eastern people (appearanced, so anyone with brown skin to these people). It simply started because two non-white men beat up a lifeguard on the beach, and was also stoked by the media at the time. It’s an ugly scar that could still be ripped open at anytime, and something like this could have that potential.

I'm not gonna lie that I am disappointed., the comment comes out very rude.
The very least that could be done is paying condolences, or separating the incident from Zionism and describing it as what it is: an antisemitic hate crime. Not doing so actually serves the opposite agenda of what he aims to do, preventing the link of antisemitism to antizionism and goes on to actually further Israeli propaganda.
Regardless, I think what is meant from this is to: do not let them use this in order to force you to defend Zionism or promote Hasbara talking points.
Some of the victims were Zionists, but so were some of them children. Victims are victims, they didn't deserve this, this incident is beyond super disgusting and is totally unrelated whatsoever to any antizionism and shouldn't been even brought up in this context.
But the truth is, it WILL be. And that's probably his entire purpose of making this comment, already news agencies are claiming that "attacks on Jews" have been increasing since 2023 which is factually WRONG and disproven by ZIONIST statistics. Already, Netanyahu has jumped to give his condolences and exploit this for Israeli sympathy. Already Australia has increased its "national threat."
The world is moving, and fast, especially with the PR nightmare Israel is currently facing. I will be brutally honest here, I wouldn't be surprised if the shooter(s) were Israel-affiliated, Mossad-affiliated, or linked to any national intelligence. Israel is known for false flag operations and murdering/killing/kidnapping its OWN citizens and Jews. They would go as far as to coldly murder children (as they do in Gaza) with the same faith as they supposedly "defend" in order to pursue their political agenda, they already do much worse to Gazans; Palestinians and Jews alike.
So this incident, just like many other or any more to come, can NEVER make us believe what is NOT true. Antizionism hate crime has been on the decline since 2020 (or even before), their reporting has just became MUCH louder ever since. Israel-affiliated news sources use these incidents to both garner sympathy, distract people from their crimes, or falsify/promote Hasbara that Antizionism is a threat. It is not a threat, it is a movement that has led to greater unity worldwide than ever before; and they hate that.
Do not let them divide us, and Bad Empanada, who is actually not a tankie, shouldn't have made this post whatsoever even if he doesn't want to give sympathy (the least he could do) or maybe give awareness to the Muslim hero who has saved many lives in this incident.
Regardless, the assumed purpose of this comment stands which is:
1) Do not let them use this to invalidate our struggles or our fight for Palestine
2) Do not fall into Israeli misinformation such as an increase in Jewish violent crimes
3) Do not let them distract you from their crimes
4) Do not let them associate this crime, or any other, with Israel or Zionism. And if it is, be aware. Knowledge is your greatest weapon.
