Just for my edification, what do you call the substrate you put that steak on top of? Having a disagreement with someone over what is/is not a taco and various terminology.
Thank you. Someone is trying to tell me that their tortilla is called a cato shell, and they wrap the fillings in it. I told them, no, that is now a burrito. Tacos are folded. If you call the outside a shell, it is a hard taco and there is no folding it. This person is all kinds of unclear about what a taco is and is not.
Yes, I’d like 3️⃣ just like that…please & thank you!!! 😋
These look great! Heck yes.
Gorgeous
Gotta try
What cut of meat?
Couldn't find skirt or flank, so used pichana with a marinade
Oh absolutely phenomenal! They good!
Awesome choice. That sounds delicious
Hell yeah.
I’m drooling.
Great to see some steak tacos that don't look like the meat was boiled.
Looks great!

Hahaha I've found myself in many similar (and unreasonably intense) disagreements. It's corn tortillas.
