Personally I swear by Asics, but they are not cheap. I think it's Foot Locker or maybe Athlete's Foot that will measure your feet and look at your gait to give you advice on which ones to buy.
There's an Asics store in the QVB that does that also.
asking the men: advice for post-shaving cream that helps heal the skin?
Most I've seen in stores are for fragrance - so for those who shave before work or going out. The other brands I'm not sure how to compare.
I shave at home, before showering and after work. I slap moisturiser after but looking for something a bit more 'premium' that helps repair skin after a shave. (and yes, specifically post-shave cream. I already know about shaving cream during shaves as well as using proper razors to not cut your face).

Would you work in an office with no windows? I had an interview today but there's no windows in the office and it's sort of putting me off a bit.
I haven't worked in an office with windows in about 8 years, that comes with demountable site offices on construction sites, and honestly I don't notice it. I get my work done when I need to, but I'll pull up the occasional website, use my phone for any websites blocked on my work laptop, and it does entice you to be sociable with work colleagues. Sometimes I'll go for a walk in my lunch break as there's a few parks nearby. If the job is worth it and you can find other things to look at, it's not really an issue.
I have done, it wasn't too bad but I made a point of going outside at break time or at least sitting near a window
I did at my first job (our room was in the inner area of the building) and tbh I didn't really notice because we'd have lunch at the cafeteria and there were windows there.
My colleague worked in an office with no windows.. so they printed out an image of a window and put it up on the wall.
Reminds me of some interior rooms in cruise ships which have virtual windows, with a screen that shows a view of the ocean

I've got about a half dozen bottles of red wine - been in the cupboard for a few years. Both my wife and I hate red wine, and every time we try to give it away to friends they just end up giving us more back later. Is there any charity for winos I can just give it to? Vinnie's doesn't accept it...

Next party make a big jug of sangria or wait for winter and do the mulled thing. Uses up loads
I'd keep them for a party or something, or leave them in my office kitchen where things get taken real fast
I've kept them for a party for years, the problem is people attending the party just bring more wine.
That's why I simply want to get rid of them. Bringing to office kitchen is a good idea though.

You can check reviews/ratings on vivino and go from there. I'd use the Lindeman's for cooking, though. I don't remember ever having a good bottle of Lindeman's lol. My residential college in uni used to have them as the "house wine" during events.
Bendooley is a boutique winery in Berrima, that should be really good.
The rest would be only good for cooking red meat, especially Lindemans which back in the day was what you bought to get trashed when West Coast Coolers got too sugary.... Basically bottled goon
Sooo… I haven’t been back to work since last Wednesday. Which means I hadn’t opened my car since then.
And last Wednesday, when I got home at 3am, I left half a bottle of soft drink in my car because it was late and I was in “get inside and go to bed now” mode.
Sometime during the heat wave last week, it exploded. All over the passengers seat… the centre console… the steering wheel, dashboard, roof. Windscreen. Door. The door was glued shut with sugar water.
That's a good enough reason for me to buy a new one

That’s insane. So many food items have increased with the new year ……. sigh.
Its not so much the increase but this specific one that bumps it over the 'i can get 3 for $20'
My partner and i have moved back to cash where possible to save on surcharge as well as be more accountable for spending (tapping doesn't feel real)
once prices break those little thresholds they tend to go up faster too. when you could get a small meal for $5, or a decent takeaway lunch for 10
