This team is truly heaven sent, I’ve been a fan for my whole life and watched pretty much every game of our 19 win season and last years team was the least enjoyable suns team ever to watch, I’ve never hated watching a suns team so much. To go from that to the team this year which is so fun and likable and has exceeded all expectations it’s been so awesome man
It’s really comparing duos+potential thirds. All points still stand. I haven’t had this much fun since 04-05 - another year that completely torched expectations!
Yeah, no offense at all to JG(obviously he’s been injured), but there are several other Suns that could replace Green in the photo. Now the beautiful truth is we don’t put all of our stock into a big 3 anymore, the Suns chemistry is excellent and everyone has an important role into making this team successful.
If you take away the first 5 games (for familiarization), this team is 21-11, and last year’s team is 14-18. That’s pretty telling about the quality of roster construction.
Where are the folks that said we’d be like 30th in defensive rating? Show me the folks that said Ishbia was going to eat his words about being a much better defensive team this year. Y’all were coming out of the woodwork after four games. Where the fuck are you now?
