I just dont see the Bucks doing this. Considering they were interested in Jalen Green, they seem to be still stuck on the "stars and role players" roster construction that just doesnt fucking work anymore. Royce is kind of a Swiss army knife/glue guy player, but i could totally see the Bucks limiting him to standing at the perimeter and waiting for a kick out.Â
To them, Royce probably just looks like a shorter Bobby Portis
I mean.. sure? Book has been much better at processing and hitting shooters this season.
But Collin (especially recently) and Royce have been getting a lot of their shots in rhythm with the offense feasting off of a league leading steals per game.
Book has had a shit ton of gravity which creates is many good looks. That being said Collin and Royce have been awesome from 3 in general and deserves a ton of credit
He has a ton of gravity and also makes the right pass every time. He's not interested in getting the assist stat. Just build the advantage and start the blenderÂ
We’d be unstoppable from the perimeter if we added Portis. Imagine a small ball lineup of Collin, Book, Grayson, Royce and Bobby lol.
To get Bobby we'd need to give up either Grayson or Royce + Richards
Grayson? No. Royce + Richards? Sign me up!
Absolutely not giving up Royce. Man is a walking bucket.

Agreed, Portis could very well be the missing piece that makes this team full contenders.
Sometimes I watch Royce and I’m like “trade this guy!” And other times I watch Royce and I’m like “this guys a stud”.
Also Royce is underrated in many ways and I love him tbh

Yup there is a reason he led the league in hockey assists last year and was first earlier this year as well
Royce gets himself open with that pump fake damn near every game.
He’s got the best 3p pump fake in the league
