I thought the same thing, but not every game has a blurb like that. It'd be weird, too, since AI doesn't appear anywhere else on Steam. Given both of those reasons, the blurb was most likely written by the developer or publisher. Human error seems most likely (or, more specifically, someone somewhere not giving a shit).
Apparently they are written by valve employees. Several other games have a blurb relevant to the game, for example Factorio’s is “the factory must grow”.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were added for the purpose of steam replay by the people who develop steam replay, who would only have a passing understand of a handful of games

For Steam Replay? Neither. Pretty sure this is just entirely Steam and doesn't have any dev/publisher input.
