I am On week 2 of this. Body aches, exhaustion, sore throat last week. Lost my voice Saturday for 4 days. Now feels like a sinus infection and so tired but cannot sleep from a tickly cough!
You have COVID or the actual flu? Did you get your flu shot? Geez, if people are this sick after getting the flu shot, I'd hate to see what it's like without the shot!
My nephew got it about 2 weeks ago he's only now recovered, I've now caught it, I have been feeling shitty since Saturday i never really get sick but this has hit me like a tonne of bricks.
I don't know what it is, but I've had it a few days now, and it's miserable. A co-worker got it around 2+weeks ago, and then it spread to another co-worker last week, and now me. I am coughing like crazy, and I feel like I can't breathe. I'm also very wheezy. Just in time for Christmas. I had a ham sandwich for dinner (out of cheese) and generic mucinex is my absolute best friend. Feel better!

Comfort food like cheese and chips is the best when you're ill IMO. Chocolate too I think if your budget will stretch. Hope you feel better soon!
Just a tip, if you got the nasty sore throat, childrens liquid Motrin really helps with it. Something in it coats the throat nicely and quick

My daughter and I both got the flu shot and still got crushed by this new flu. The vaccine was essentially useless this year.
This flu is some grade A bullshit. It's the worst sickness I've had in the past 10-15 years. Merry fucking Christmas y'all! 🌲
