Yessss this is the only way I can eat Mac n cheese. Started with some bbq pulled pork Mac n cheese i had at a Vietnamese bbq place in Stratton, Vermont.
Whenever I was hungover, I'd poach two eggs, fry a hotdog or a couple pieces of lunchmeat and make a simple, unseasoned sandwich of it with whole grain bread. Then I would wash it down with coffee, aspirin, a huge glass of water and half a beer.
I've never had a hangover last longer than an hour since I started doing that.
