    Good Lord. I wish I knew about Isekai in 2014. Then writing a story where the MC starts out as a child and has to defeat an enemy corrupting the world would have been easier to narrate and keep track of instead of a tome.

    • Coming up with new continents, cultures, and races that will be forgotten about when the next expansion hits.
    • We went from beating up random threats to suddenly being champions who punch gods in the face.
    • The Bronze dragonflight plays with the timelines on any day that ends in y.
    • Retcons all over the place.
    • The Black Temple was only a setback...

    There really isn't enough evil self in wow. Sure we had nightmare visions and that one quest in work but I feel like it's one of the only one of these tropes that is consistently fun. It sure was in GW1.
