Hmmm, he definitely does seem very close to a SIC. I wouldn't have thought twice about him being sic if you hadn't pointed out his coloring was greyer. I think he still qualifies.
Mine has spots on her tummy, it's adorable. And, at the Humane Society she picked me out. First cage was the most adorable kitten, pushing herself like she is trying to get through the cage so I could pet her tummy. We looked at all the animals, but I didn't fall in love with any except mine. I love her 💕

Black and grey is not a SiC Inc approved color choice, you might want to check the label again
