This is Noah. I brought him home from the shelter 12 years ago when I was still in high school and living at home. I never got my mom’s permission, so I hid him in my room for about a day and then she found out. She was SO mad. Now he is her baby 🥲❤️ she sent me this picture the other day while she was wrapping presents with this text: “I have a helper❤️”

Classic mom who doesn’t want the pet and then ends up becoming the most attached. I love this
Right!! 🤣🥰
that was my dad with my orange girl
At work we call the SIC the supervisor in charge - clearly this cat is in charge!
I'm so glad you brought him home. 💜
📦😴
Random:
My mum is absolutely Not A Cat Person (although she loves my cats) but I think I became a definite cat person thanks to the cat my grandparents had when I was tiny.
…the cat that my Not A Cat Person mother had smuggled home when he was a tiny kitten and she still lived with her parents.
They also had a pet duck when I was very small. That duck had been smuggled home as a duckling by my mother, and somehow grew up living happily with the smuggled kitten.
Noah: "I'm not the helper...I'm the present!!" 😻
