Hey guys so I went to this Interview at HCL, it was a walk-in Interview for freshers. I got selected and all but did not sign any documents and was told to go home. Now my friend told me that I should've signed an agreement. So im wondering if anyone who went to that Interview could tell me if you guys actually signed anything.
Just email their HR team since you got selected if you need to sign anything before the first day, my guess would be they would ask you to do all those on your first day.
FYI I have not heard good things about HCL work culture though.
